If you have an AT&T email account, you may have problems accessing it. To fix AT&T, download and install an email server that supports the AT&T server. This should solve your account access problems. Afterwards, you can check your email. If all this fails, you'll need to install an email account that supports AT&T. If the problem isn't a hardware one, you'll need to download and run an OTT-supported browser.
